It is historically a quiet time in the market but with good buyer activity it might be just the right time to find a new home if that is in your 2020 plans. Overall the market remains stable and while there are some changes throughout the country, here in the valley we have seen strong sales in all price points and areas. The festivities, events and activities during the holidays here in the valley are upon us and almost every day (and night) there are wonderful experiences to enjoy. Starting in Eagle, join the town for Christmas on Broadway on December 7th and in Gypsum on December 14th for Home for the Holidays.
